The brand new international property portal HouseInTheSun.com was launched last month. The first 30 days have been a total success with more than 30,000 properties published by a large number of estate agents and property developers from all over the world. - We are very pleased to receive this strong response in such a short time, says CEO and partner, Reidar Svedahl.

HouseInTheSun.com is a new property portal for ads on any type of house, apartment and land for sale in sunny countries. The Swedish founders noticed the lack of a property website covering all sunny resorts worldwide.

- While most of the other sites may have covered one or two neighbouring countries, HouseInTheSun.com gives the prospective buyer worldwide coverage. Today, areas covering about 60 countries from every part of the globe can already be found on the site ? and there are more to come, says Reidar Svedahl.
