Location
The plot is located in the central area of San Francisco, which is adjacent to the simultaneously growing areas of Punta Pacifica, Punta Paitilla, Marbella and Avenida Balboa neighbourhoods.

Urban Setting
Los Faros is situated near a main access artery, the Corridor Sur toll way, which traverses the city parallel to the bay and eventually joins with Avenida Balboa. The South, West, and East side of Los Faros will have views of the Pacific Ocean. The property is surrounded by land designated for high quality urban use (of various densities), institutional and educational, commercial and recreational (neighbourhood parks). The Multiplaza Shopping Centre, as well as a John Hopkins affiliated Hospital, are located within minutes of the Los Faros location.

At 346 meters high (290 meters to its cornice height) and with 84 stories, the central tower will be one of the tallest residential building in the Latin America.

The total constructed area of the project will be approximately 500,000 m2. The plot, surrounded by good street infrastructure, is 3.4 hectares (34,000.00m2= in area and has views of the bay, the Pacific Ocean, the Canal and the Corridor de las Cumbres.
